The following video is of Project Ara, a Google development towards the modular phone, where parts of the phone can easily be removed and replaced. This is expressed in my model in the modular materiality, where the walls are able to be removed and replaced, as well as the modularity of the upper floor workshop itself. As the workshop is an extension from the main building, it can easily be removed and replaced.
